Zephyrian Oura Ring 4 Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EVERY ENTRY HAS THE SAME ODDS REGARDLESS OF HOW IT WAS OBTAINED, AND THE FREE ENTRY METHOD CAN EARN AS MANY ENTRIES AS ANY PURCHASE. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 49 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is Korpi Venture Oy, Painikuja 12, FI-70840 Kuopio, Finland (“Sponsor”). Zephyrian is Sponsor’s trade name. Sponsor may use service providers for technical, drawing, verification and fulfillment work, but remains responsible for the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to a natural person who, when entering:

1. is a legal resident of one of the 49 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island;
2. is at least 18 years old; and
3. is not excluded below.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and of any entity directly involved in the design, administration, drawing or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate-family and household members, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling and each spouse thereof. “Household member” means a person who shares the same residence for at least three months during the twelve months before the Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, outside the eligible territory, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of identity, age, legal residence and compliance with these Official Rules (“Rules”).

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins August 10, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). ET means the time then observed in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States. Sponsor’s designated systems are the official timekeeping devices.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry, plus one bonus. All entries from every method go into one single pool, and every entry in the pool has an identical chance of being drawn.

4A. Method 1: Automatic purchase entry

Every eligible purchase of Zephyrian made on zephyrian.shop and paid during the Entry Period automatically earns one (1) entry for each month of Zephyrian supply in the order, up to a maximum of twelve (12) entries per order. For example: a 3-Month Kit earns 3 entries; a 6-month plan order earns 6 entries; a 12-month plan order earns 12 entries; each paid monthly delivery of a monthly recurring subscription earns 1 entry. Entries are credited automatically to the email address on the order. No code and no separate registration are needed.

If an order is refunded, charged back or cancelled, the entries earned by that order are forfeited and void.

4B. Method 2: Free online entry (no purchase necessary)

During the Entry Period, visit the official free entry form:

Complete and submit the form as instructed. Each completed submission received during the Entry Period earns one (1) entry. Limit twelve (12) free entries per person for the entire Entry Period. No purchase, payment, subscription, review, referral or other commercial action is required to enter or win.

Free entries are treated identically to purchase entries. Every free entry goes into the same single pool, carries exactly the same odds as every purchase entry, and the free entry method can earn as many entries as any purchase: a purchase earns at most twelve (12) entries, and the free entry method also allows up to twelve (12) entries.

Entries are personal and nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, automated or submitted by another person or bot. If identity is disputed, Sponsor may treat the authorized account holder of the personal email address used for the entry as the entrant, provided that person proves eligibility. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned the email address by its provider. To combine purchase entries with free or bonus entries under one identity, use the same email address for both.

4C. Instagram follow bonus

An entrant who follows @zephyrianshop on Instagram may declare their Instagram handle in the Instagram-handle field on the free entry form to receive two (2) bonus entries, once per person for the entire Entry Period. The bonus is available to every entrant on identical terms, whether or not they have made a purchase. Following is verified on the honor system; Sponsor may disqualify a bonus obtained with a false or third-party handle. Unfollowing after the drawing does not affect a received entry. Instagram is not a sponsor of, and does not administer or endorse, this Sweepstakes.

5. Drawing and Odds

Within one week after the Entry Period ends, one potential winner and alternates will be selected at random from all eligible, non-void entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by employees or agents of Sponsor using a cryptographically seeded, reproducible random-selection procedure. Each entry in the pool carries equal weight.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries a person holds. Every entry has the same individual odds regardless of the method that earned it.

Sponsor will preserve a reasonable drawing record, including the frozen eligible-entry pool or integrity record, the random-selection seed and output, and the date and time of the drawing.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address associated with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first notification and timely complete any reasonable eligibility-verification, prize-acceptance, tax and release documents requested by Sponsor, to the extent lawful.

A person is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and confirms the person as the winner in writing. The potential winner forfeits the prize opportunity for failure to respond within the five-day period, undeliverable contact, refusal, failure to provide timely requested verification, ineligibility or material violation of these Rules. If the prize opportunity is forfeited, Sponsor will contact an alternate under the same procedure and response period. No more than two (2) alternate drawings will be held. If the prize remains unclaimed after the second alternate drawing, it may go unawarded to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants should monitor the email account used to enter, including spam and junk folders. Sponsor will never require payment, a purchase or shipping charges to claim the prize.

7. Prize

One prize is available: one Oura Ring 4 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD $399.

Subject to availability, the verified winner may select an available size and finish offered by Sponsor’s designated U.S. retailer. The prize includes the Oura Ring 4 and standard delivery to one valid street address in the eligible territory. It does not include an Oura Membership, accessories, mobile device, data plan, expedited delivery or any other product or service unless the retailer includes it at no additional charge.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The winner may not substitute the prize. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Any difference between stated ARV and actual retail value will not be paid. The winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all costs not expressly included.

Oura Health Oy, Oura Health Ltd., their affiliates and retailers are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers or promoters of this Sweepstakes. “Oura,” “Oura Ring” and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify a person or entry for documented automation, identity misuse, false eligibility information, use of multiple email addresses or identities to exceed the stated entry limits, collusion, tampering, harassment or another material violation of these Rules. Sponsor’s decisions must be reasonable, consistently applied and subject to applicable law.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event materially impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it to the extent lawful, after preserving relevant records and obtaining appropriate legal review. Sponsor will not secretly change entry weighting, add entries or rerun a completed certified drawing.

Sponsor may ask the confirmed winner for separate consent to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice or statements for promotional purposes. Any such consent is optional unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise, and refusing it will not affect eligibility for or receipt of the prize. Sponsor may publish limited winner information when required or permitted by law, including first name, last initial, city and state.

These Rules control over inconsistent advertising, app, checkout, email, social, support or other promotional copy. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.

9. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its promotion service providers from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, except for claims or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or inaccessible submissions caused by events outside its reasonable control, but remains responsible for obligations that applicable law does not permit it to disclaim.

Nothing in these Rules limits any nonwaivable consumer right or remedy. All federal, state and local laws applicable to the entrant and the Sweepstakes remain controlling.

10. Privacy

Sponsor processes entry, purchase, identity, eligibility, duplicate-review, drawing, winner, tax and fulfillment information to administer the Sweepstakes, enforce these Rules, prevent abuse, fulfill the prize, comply with law and resolve disputes. Information may be transferred to Sponsor in Finland and to relevant service providers under applicable safeguards.

By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may send them promotional communications about Sponsor’s products and services. Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in each message or by contacting [email protected]. Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing, and declining or unsubscribing from promotional communications does not affect eligibility, entries or odds.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, are governed by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable right or remedy an entrant has under the law of the entrant’s state of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect unless that would materially alter the legally required structure or fairness of the Sweepstakes.

13. Winner list and questions

The winner list, limited to the winner’s first name, last initial and state, may be requested by email to [email protected] within 90 days after the Entry Period ends. Winner information is provided on request and where required by law; it is not otherwise published.

Questions may be sent to the same address. Do not send government identifiers, tax information or identity documents by ordinary email.

14. Social platforms

If the Sweepstakes is promoted through a social platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to the platform, except for information the platform independently processes under its own terms.
